Black Investors Coalition First Annual Report: By Stock Market Charlie

Dear Members,

Welcome to the inaugural annual report of The Black Investors Coalition. This year has been truly remarkable for our organization. Although the growth of the business has been gradual, it has successfully completed its first year of operations. Assuming the role of CEO presented significant challenges due to my initial lack of experience and knowledge. However, my determination enabled me to persevere through both favorable and challenging times.

The Black Investors Coalition was launched on January 1, 2025, accompanied by the release of my first eBook to mark the commencement of my legacy. In March 2025, I introduced The Smart Investing Course. To further demonstrate my commitment to enhancing financial literacy within African American communities, I released a second eBook, Owning Your 86,400 Seconds in July 2025. Consequently, three substantial products were made available to the public. Throughout the year, I have consistently published informative articles on our website, focusing on leveraging the stock market to overcome poverty.

In recent months, our focus has shifted towards acquiring assets under the Black Investors Coalition LLC. I firmly believe that a business should own assets just as individuals should. Despite some products not achieving the widespread reach I anticipated, I have not allowed setbacks to deter our progress. As CEO and Founder, my objective is to enhance my expertise in branding, marketing, and audience retention, which I consider crucial for the continued growth of the Black Investors Coalition.

Looking ahead, the Black Investors Coalition is committed to providing valuable information to our audience. In 2026, we do not plan to release new products. Instead, I will concentrate on building relationships with local businesses and engaging in community outreach to promote financial literacy. We anticipate establishing a physical location to offer future investors resources and knowledge in the field of investing.

In conclusion, I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who has supported my vision. None of this would be possible without your support. As we move forward, my goal is to transform the Black Investors Coalition into one of the world's most successful businesses. There is still much for me to learn to achieve this, but I assure you that I am committed to making it happen. It is my pleasure to present our first annual report, and I look forward to sharing many more reports in the future as we continue to grow.
