BIC+ (“BIC+”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a financial education and community platform operated by Black Investors Coalition. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using BIC+, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

BIC+ is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or other minimum age under applicable law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in that age group. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
